My Seri Puteri alumni closest to my heart.
In school, we lived together for five years, longer with Aimy (standing-l) and Famie (sitting 3rd from r). We know each other pretty well and love catching up as plainly seen here. This was the lunch I missed last Friday, having appointments a good part of the day.
We meet quite regularly - and each and every time have a wonderful get away stretching the lunch hour way past the norm.
A friendship of 35 years or so - a treasure indeed !

Indeed, those are very special friendships! It is sad you missed this year's. Hopefully there will be another soon again. Have a great holiday season, Ninot!
Boarding schools produce tighter bond of friendship than normal schools do.
Salam sis.
I have missed many gatherings like this, just because most are located in Klang Valley; not me though, huhuuu..
But in spite the distance and jarang2 jumpa, the bond is still strong just as yours here, Alhamdulillah..
I know the school as Kolam Air. My son used to talk about Kolam Air, how his musical group from Alam Shah (Cheras) used to be invited to play on occcasions, giving me the impression that these girls-only and boys-only boarding had a strange relationship.
Dear Sherry,
Oh yes we will meet soon. And we chat with each other on WApps almost every day! I am blessed.
Sir Pok Deng,
I love that new avatar of yours - the initials SPD in the shape of the Thinker by Rodin. Excellent!
Alhamdulillah, Mama Tim. I believe this bond gives great solace and peace of mind.
Life goes on without it, but now that we have found each other, I can't imagine a better and deeper connection.
The years just fade away.
Yes, Pakcik. We are all from SMPJKA - Sekolah Menengah Perempuan Jalan Kolam Air. I am afraid I can't deny nor confirm that strange relationship for fear of being disowned by the fraternity.
The relationship did however produce many excited moments to the stringent and disciplined lifestyle!
